ExxonMobil Pipeline Company takes pride in being a good, active and productive community member – as well as a good business partner – because we live, work and raise families in the communities where our operations are located. We maintain high ethical standards and abide by all applicable laws, rules and regulations. As an operator, we work hard to keep our pipelines and facilities running safely, reliably and with respect for our neighbors and the environment.
We recognize that our neighbors often have questions and concerns about our work. In keeping with our commitment to being a good neighbor, we employ comprehensive two-way communications efforts to ensure that we are responsive to our neighbors and community partners. These efforts make certain that we are actively listening to and talking to our neighbors clearly and often about our routine operations as well as any plans for future or non-routine work activities.
We are also proud of our opportunities to give back to the communities where we operate. ExxonMobil Pipeline Company employees volunteer with schools and other local projects. Our Good Neighbor Grant program provides contributions to local tax-exempt organizations that support community programs, education initiatives or environmental projects, including charitable contributions to police and fire departments, schools and wildlife rescue centers.
